Communication is Key

In my various roles with companies from  UnitedHealthcare  to Meta (formerly Facebook), I  understand the importance of communication, both internally and externally. Internal communication is most vital as it reflects upon the external communication to the consumers. Cohesiveness among team members working on a project, direction given from a manager to an associate and direction from the CEO are all important in effectively presenting ideas to provide a clear message to external partners. I’ve come to take a key role in my career journey to ensure that the message that the organization and the team that I work for, executes a strong, effective, clear message to derive the results that we seek. Clear communication from a business standpoint is not always easy and may lack the results that many executives seek, but it takes the right collection of ideas, collaborative effort and initiative to put forth the desired message.

I have been able to ensure that messages are understood internally and externally through my willingness to listen. Listening to the needs of senior leadership, a team member or a partner helps me to present with their particular needs in mind and present relevant information. I take this concept with me when communicating to external partners, to initially understand their needs and how the products/ services that we have to offer can provide the right solution.

I work to solve my clients needs by understanding what is most important to them and presenting answers. Whether the solution may be a strategic plan for online brand development, increase in web traffic to a website or online business development, along with community engagement, I am here to help you effectively communicate your idea/ product to the audience that will see the value.
